Actually it’s stated on their website help section, clause 7.4

“The managed speed policy may differ for 1GB To Unlimited and 3GB To Unlimited plans. We do not recommend viewing of videos at 720p or higher for the 1GB To Unlimited plan at the managed speed.”

2 ways to contact zero1 is either email and phone lor. weekends their offday.

fb whatsapp email should be consider light usage mah. So zero1 should be fine for you.
you encounter what problem? you using old smartphone?
sometime it can also be fb or whatsapp faults due to their side problem.

Correct me if i am wrong. They did not state that they are offering data roaming when oversea, only roaming for call and sms.. If that's the case, please do not keh kiang go on data roaming in malaysia

But most FB websites have huge database, so you have to be patience abit.

Not old smartphone den dun have to worry about 3G. Phone's Ram plays a part too.

Then, did you install any antivirus to smartphone on your own?
Cause some antivirus can cause trouble time by time. Might need reinstall.
Like my laptop, i use trend micro, my laptop lag too much, i know it's antivirus problem liao. Have to go online chat ask for address for uninstall & reinstall.

Not antivirus, then could be apps. apps can cause trouble too.

Those unknown or dangerous apps better don't install.

What they written/mentioned is all true.

However it's misleading and confusing to peoples.

Of course Full LTE can watch most video bitrate speed while throttled speed cannot.

That's why i say it's misleading when currently the Telcos/MNVO didn't reveal their every plan's managed/throttled speed range by making it hard and difficulties for peoples.

FYI most of the time, they won't reduce your Full LTE or throttled speed. However they will mostly increase the speed when company wants.

For videos real bitrates speeds, you can go google for video bitrate speeds table to follow the examples. There's minimum speed, recommended speed & maximum speed requirements differently.

Video viewers are advise heed to each recommended speed needed respectively. If not you may encounter bufferings.
