Hi bros, just saw that the 1GB plan was $9.99, when we check out the item, it was $13.90 instead. How do we enjoy the rates as advertised? Thank you! :)

How long is the porting time?
Based on experience, the porting takes few days lor....

Expect some downtime - unless they had restructure their business workflow to make their downtime within a shorter time frame.

I feel $9.90 zero1 more stable than comparing to myrepublic UNO $8.
Currently I already use Z1 more than 5GB, the throttled speed abt 0.5mbps or less abit.
But using fb, insta, youtube and maplestory m have no problem, just slower loading. Noticed insta vid are slower in loading especially. Netflix surprisingly stable in SD. Youtube is okay at 360p, 480p kinda of unstable at this speed.
These are the app i usually use.
MR UNO throttle speed is real bad (0.3Mbps) even for whatsapp picture send or recv, I having problem dl-ing or uploading. Sometimes Msg take a long time to send.
Not mentioning other apps, as they take super long to load.
I think those who use both can understand the differences. For those can tolerate slower surfing but yet bearable then go for Z1.

Just have to combo your UNO + Zero1

1000 minutes talk time + 1mbps unlimited data

$8 + $9.90 = $17.90

:)

Anyone knows what's the process of porting out an existing postpaid number from zero1 like?

My current contract is finishing soon and i want to port to zero1, but i'm so amused by the non-existent customer service.

So i'm considering the possibility that if i port over to zero1, and something changed (bottlenecked speed lowered to something unusable, needs change, etc.), and i want to port out, how much downtime will i be facing?

Cause if the port out process is manual and goes through their CS/Order-processing team then.... :s22::s22::s22::s22::s22:

no porting done yet :(

If you opt out for Porting with your existing number, you will first be given a new but temporary number.

In the meantime while waiting for Zero1 to complete your porting process, you may get some benefits under the new but temporary number:

1) Grab PHV - $6 x 2 new user promo. (NEWGRABRIDE)
2) GrabFood - $8 x 2 new user promo. (8TASTY)
3) DBS PayLah! - $10 ($5 referral each) - Enter the respective given code
4) Singtel Dash - $10 ($5 referral each) - Enter the respective given code.

and many more other benefits... ;)

Thanks for notifying, I guess that would be useful when my cousin finally resolves the pending issue with zero1 currently. Has been nearly 4 weeks and still unresolved by them LOL.
