I'm on the $19-3GB early bird plan, I did a few tests right after replacing my SIM card for the one with roaming (I was not told that I could just wait next month for roaming, waste my time sia). Referencing the image linked, from below:

Green box - within 3GB data cap

Blue box - above 3GB data cap

Red box - this is between 3 - 5GB usage, not sure why speeds went up, perhaps this was after the maintenance?

That red box speed is very decent.

Thanks for the update. Does it mean the rest of us with the original sim will get roaming soon?

My understanding is that it is the one time activation fee that they charged during sign up. That's why we were charged 9.90 + 10.70 = 20.60. Just make sure your amount due is only 9.90 (unless you have usage charges).

I've an international SMS charge of $0.60. Any idea - I was not overseas? Is this because every time I change it in into my iPhone there's a charge for that?

Yes, everytime you insert your SIM into iPhone, your iPhone will send an sms for facetime/imessage.

Were u stationary? Even wifi speed differ from one place to another in a house.
Having intermittent connection the past few days. It shows a no-data warning in my games at times and is really annoying. Below are all the speedtests I did just to show how intermittent it is, they're about 1 min apart each. These tests were done when I only use 700mb of my plan so far.

What's interesting to note is Friday was when I first picked up my new SIM card for the auto-roaming feature (have not changed yet).

I'm on the $19 - 3GB plan, never had this issue before. Will run tests to see if my throttled speed after 3GB has been reduced. Anyone having similar issues?

I don't think the data reset date was 1st or the start of the billing period or the billing date ...

I am still wondering the exact date of the reset.

Anyone can advise?

On the 19dollar plan, data reset on 1st of every month for me.

I was charged for sending sms to those 5 digits local short code sms number e.g. 7xxxx for activation of banking service. This is not the norm. They better get their acts together.

On the same date you receive your sim.

K, it seems that data was resetted at start of the billing period (or the day when I receive the sim), (that was written on the SMS received when I had exceeded my 1GB. )

However I think they had resetted my data usage for that month too, upon exceeded the 1GB...

That's good i didn't notice any noticeable change in speed yet.
