You cannot port-in from your existing mobile operator to replace your existing Zero1 number....

But these information was not in their website when I sign up for a new line..

probably they changed their T&C, i know previously they allows port-in from existing telco to replace existing zero1

But neither this information or such clause was put up on their website when I bought the number .

Now I have to surrender my number and wasted on the connection fees.

i want to ask zero1 mobile need to sign 2 year contract or not? The $9.90 plan can terminate anytime?
