Can still play but sometimes pause awhile not sure why.

That doesn't sound good

Down side
After 6 Months it's 13.90
Porting out and termination cause alot of problems.

You might want to consider others Telco like m1

Thought of that, but wanted to get a fresh number (secondary line) and I think MVNOs offer 100% fresh numbers

No free upgrade of bonus data for those that stick with them through the year. Starting to think they don't care about existing customers. Been with them since day 1, yet don't give us free bonus data for 1st anniversary. Thinking of switching but $19 quite good for me already plus now I have TPG unlimited. Don't know which telco/mvno to change to.

I feel you. I have the same setting as yours. I'm waiting for them to upgrade our sim to the current billing system which according to them I do not have to change Sim to have voice roaming. They have inform it's coming to us soon as I last check few days ago.

I still stay with them as I prefer singtel network to others since I always take NEL. Have tried m1 but the reception at some station sucks.

I feel now telco are give ng out data freely to bind down customer. In my the coming yr maybe plan price will be the same bht without much data? So I choose to still stay with zero1. It fulfil my needs other than the fact of no roaming now. App is not in impt to me. But would be good to have lah.

I seriously think they shld improve on there customer service platform. Maybe have at least a virtual help desk like circles.

I have the same setup too but recently i feel that zero1 have a lower priority on ST network. There are stretches on DTL that has reception but the speed was super slow even b4 exceeding the 3GB.

went all the way change the sim card 20th Feb for the free bonus

as of today the new sim card still no signal

msg them countless times in fb and also emailed them

finally got a email back that said

We refer to the above-subject matter.



We wish to inform you that there will be a delay in the upgrading / migration of service activation for Zero1 New Line number XXXXXXX owing to a system upgrade.

We will submit for New Line activation hopefully within this week or as soon as the system upgrade is completed.



We seek your kind understanding and patience.



Please note: Once system is ready he downtime will still be the same as agreed between 2:30pm to 6:00 pm.

Oh dear. BTW did they inform you that there will be a system upgrade to enable roaming for those of us who has sing up before 15 Aug? I was inform it will be coming to us soon that's why I'm still hanging on to my current sim... Last to go there to exchange Sim card.

Fb messenger them the response is within a day.

Recommended? Seems like CS is quite bad from the descriptions here

When I request to change the SIM card to enable roaming, they told me there is a system upgrade somewhere end Feb early march - existing SIM card will be able to roam after the system upgrade

if u dun mind 13.90/mth for the long term and use it to do just spotify,surfnet, non-hirez data transfer, its really not bad la.

also, since its riding on singtel's infra, reception is very good everywhere in Sg, including mrt

I was told so too. But till date no sound no picture... I wonder when will the roaming be available to those who sign up before Aug 18.

Oh, then I suppose can check on their website account page?

No info reflected also. Suggest you can download those app to monitor usage. As of now, when reaching 90% and 100%of data limit there will be SMS send to alert us. Thereafter the speed will be throttled.

I don't really like the fact that it is 13.90 after 6 months, cause it is no longer value for money

And their CS, according to posts here, is like talking to a wall

Still considering, as I agreed with you, riding on Singtel infra means great coverage

I signed up Zero1 on Feb 27. Till now there is no news on my SIM card. How long will the delivery take normally? I received an email that order is successful immediately after payment. There is no update from Zero1 after that email.

If i recall they will send a link to schedule delivery with the courier. Happened for me within few days. Check your junkmail.
