For those who collected their Zero1 SIM card at SingPost PO, did the SingPost staff at the counter require a printout of your Zero1 registration email? Or showing the email on your phone to them did the trick?
@kun1he2 Thanks!
Zero1 will email you the following instructions when the SIM card is ready for collection:
Dear Sir/Mdm,
Kindly be informed that your SIM card/s from Zero1 is ready for collection starting on <Date>
.
You may proceed to any of the SingPost outlets for self-collection.
Please show your Order Summary (printed or digital copy) and your original identification document (e.g NRIC / Work Permit etc) at the Collection Centre.
If you are unable to collect in person:
Kindly write in to
orderprocessing@zero1.sg to update the change of authorised person.
In the email, please provide the authorised person's Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Contact Number, NRIC / FIN Number.
You can only proceed to SingPost after you’ve received an SMS / email notification that the changes of the authorised person have been completed.
On the day of collection, the authorised recipient must produce the following documents:
1. Authorised person's original NRIC/FIN as per authorisation submission by email
2. Zero1 subscriber's original NRIC/FIN as per registration record
NOTE: You cannot authorise a different person to collect on your behalf.
If any of the above documents are not produced, you agree that the staff will not issue the SIM to you.
