Thanks everyone for your help, I have successfully ported my circles line over to Zero1, the process is smooth and fast. Just want to check I have another line which is singtel prepaid card, is it possible to port over to Zero1?
I saw somewhere it is possible to convert to postpaid then port over to gomo, does anyone know whether it is possible to do something similar for Zero1?
In theory thats true. But I am also wondering if they have any defensive tactics to prevent prepaid customers from going elsewhere, perhaps there is some penalty or rule that stops customers from immediately porting out after they convert to a postpaid singtel plan.i have not done it before, but it should be possible.
once convert to postpaid, then you have more options to port out (not just Gomo)

When I was still with M1, they don't charge for it.Every telco charges it, some will list it on their FaQ

Mine still seems to be active when I tested earlier, after supposedly expiring in Mar this year. I was surprised to find it active again. It could be active permanently for all (can anyone else corroborate?)About Z1, does 5G stay after 90 days for a new Z1 number Starter Prime(4G)?

mentioned in the FAQQuite annoyed to realize despite being no-contract, Zero1 does charge an “admin” fee (of $10.90) to change to a cheaper plan.
