is the QR code from the initial eSIM email forever? Changed phones but can't seem to transfer eSIM from my old iphone to new one. Some folks say delete old one then transfer, but the risk is if i delete then new one still cannot read QR i'm f*cked lol

You cannot transfer without deleting the current one. Else scammers will be happily transferring esims from unknown users. The only way is to try. If not working, be prepared to go to z1 service center or call them to issue a new code and probably pay for it?

Thanks. This worked. Deleted existing eSIM and scanned QR for Z1 on new phone.

Going to cancel starter prime and sign for the streamo bold for the "stay for 3 months, free 3 months" offer.

Just need to submit termination to zero1 before 7 days before bill cycle which is end of month. But heard about the issue of multiple billings after termination, does it still happen?

Also after submitting termination, the line and data will still run until end of bill cycle?

Can upgrade the plan and get the promo? Or is this for new port-in?

New and port-in only, existing customers cannot upgrade (already checked with the Helpdesk staff email).

I'm proceeding to terminate line.
how to go about getting the promo? after cancel then port to another telco for one month, then port back?

it's my 2nd line so doesn't matter the mobile number.. thus will just terminate the existing zero1 and get a new line again with zero1

Zero1 now officially states they give out the newer sim card that's compatible with 5G SA.
Vivifi thread says they got new sim cards (but that information isn't on the website).

No idea how to differentiate the 5G SIM. The sim card design looks normal to me.
the sim card might have a label that mention 5G somewhere

Following iPhone command might be useful :
dial *3001#12345#* and hit call to enter Field Test mode, under capabilities look for SA+NSA or just SA

Not sure about Android yet.

Edit: Field Test mode capabilities seems to show SA for any sim I use, so probably not useful.
Instead look at whether you have option to turn on 5G SA, that seems to be available only if you have a 5G Sim.

I think non of the ST MVNOs have switched to 5G SA yet. They are all still NSA+SA.
