5pm already past.... you can try i wouldn't bet on it
Means if I do it now , it will not be port over tonight midnight and ready by tomorrow is it ?
The actually cut-off time is not stated by most telcos, and each could have a different cut off time.
Vivifi did mention something like 6pm or 6:30pm, but by any measure, by the time you posted that message it should be too late for tonight.

Also there is a matter of quota, if quota is full for the day, even if you are within cut off it will be delayed to the next work day.

No hard core rule, yes..based on of my number of porting experience and others ..thus a general rule of thumb at that time for cut off ..

I do notice M1 Maxx have a later port in cut off time

:ROFLMAO:

When did you receive your SIM? Porting is only available once you get your SIM and is activated...

https://support.zero1.sg/kb/a304/i-received-zero1-sim-card-what-should-i-do.aspx?KBSearchID=131122

Upon receipt, please go the Zero1 app and select the "SIM Activation" icon to activate your SIM card. Alternatively, go to the SIM activation page here https://zero1.sg/activate and login to your Zero1 account.

You will need to verify your personal information via Singpass to complete activation.

For new numbers: Your SIM card will be activated immediately.
For port-in numbers: Your SIM card will be activated within 1-3 business days.
If you collected your SIM at Mosi Mosi or ShortQ on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday, you may only initiate the activation request after 2pm on the following Monday, which is the next business. This applies to both new lines and port in mobile services.

Your SIM card will be void if not activated within 14 business days (weekdays, excluding public holidays) after your order is successfully placed.

already received the eSim QR via email on the same day of purchase and added it to my phone.. but still cant activate because line not ported over.

zero1 just sent me the email yesterday saying port-in have been submitted and pending connect service. was expecting the port in to happen last night but it didnt.

didnt expect the whole port in process for zero1 to take so long.

My m1 Maxx actual renewal is on 3rd Dec. So I’m taking it in the view where if this continues to delay , at least my already-paid use for M1 Max is still running and I didn’t waste it

Just stop the payment method by locking the card, you'll be safe of paying another month. I always try to be safe and send in Port in request at least 5 days before the month end.

I did the activation only on zero1. I don’t need to do anything at m1 side ya? Or I have to?
