Regarding your observation, the IDD v019 500 minutes is automatically added to eligible accounts. However, if an account does not meet the eligibility criteria, the bucket will be removed from the account.
In your case, as your line was activated before 26 Feb 2026, it is not eligible for this VAS, which is why it no longer appears in your account.
We hope this clarifies the situation.

The v019 500 IDD minutes is part of a promotion that is only extended to new sign-ups and port-ins under promotions launched from 26 Feb 2026 onwards. As such, this VAS is not applicable to existing subscribers who activated their lines before the 26 Feb 2026 promotion period.
Your current plan therefore does not include the v019 500 minutes feature.
Should there be any future promotions or plan updates that include this benefit, we will communicate them through our official channels.

But it is listed in the contract in the z1 app leh, just not activated yet b

we don't have this 50gb free but IDD is provisioned lolz...but showing on my service mgt page...omg so messy

For the 50GB apac. Mine wasn't there before. So no chance. If they give me, I'll gladly accept, just nice for my japan trip

Edit: oh wait. Now I see it. The 50GB Japan APAC. Wow. But... It's not reflected at the mobile plan usage

Edit 2: now zero1 website shows 50Gb APAC Japan and Australia. They must have provisioned it

emailed z1 .. this time they said I am not eligible... blah blah ...for promotion new signup...
