For destinations with overlapping entitlements like Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand, usage priority is as follows:
1) Paid roaming add-ons (if any)
2) RoamAP 20GB (monthly)
3) 1TB Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand (365 days)
4) Roam World 50GB (365 days)
this looks really weird, if i go malaysia, indonesia and thailand, it should be using the 1TB/600GB entitlements first, followed by RoamAP 20GB and then Raom world 50GB and then paid add-ons.

For the past months, my roaming in malaysia deducts from the 600GB first

That's what they wrote. Anyway if it's true then more beneficial to consumers as the 1time benefits will be utilized last and not easily used up.

i mean it's not a big of a deal, but if you are intending to go APAC countries within a month, plus go on a day shopping trip to JB/Batam, your data allowance for usage in Japan and China will be lesser.

Yah, roaming in malaysia uses the 600gb first for me. I believe those 365days one will be used first. Someone was complaining not fair recently right?

I am seeing Roam World 198 showing up in the services, let's see if May 1 will show actual data.

yes, it's always in services management, but not in usage. This happened last month when i asked them about the IDD 500mins when it was in services management and not in usages tab.

After i asked them, they agreed to provision the IDD and then it was reflected in my usage tab immediately.

Now we need them to provision the RoamWorld and 1TB, let's see next month if they do it.

Zero1 CS confirmed via email that they don't have 10 mins free incoming roaming calls (like Roam Guard from Vivifi & Zym):

At the moment, Zero1 does not provide free incoming roaming call minutes. All incoming/outgoing calls and SMS while roaming will be charged at prevailing roaming rates.
Eh what? Flip prata again? Wt eff man
