Yup, my is China model, usually the China model comes with modified rom which disable OTA update.....what I did was I installed the original rom and received all OTA updates.

OTA for B11 is not available in SG
You will need to download B10 and 7.0 from Germany's site

http://www.ztemobile.de/support/downloads/?product_id=2100#

Install B10 before 7.0
After you installed 7.0 you will get OTA to 7.1
But i warn you, the playstore bug is in 7.1
I haven't confirmed it on 7.0 yet

Haha, maybe that's why they never push it out to Singapore, knowing the play store bug. Anyway there are ways to get around it as a stop gap

That one is China model regarding the AdUps software
Looks like I'm the only one having it based on a number of forums i posted on, could be false-positive

Mine is China model, stock rom, no AdUps...use various Virus Scan and recommend app for AdUps...No virus.

B11 isn't available locally
I can say that B02 for the 7.1 fixed issues, using it and so far no issues
