Tried hard reset twice already.

Came with PlayStore app but when I first clicked on it, it wouldn't work. Then tried installing my gmail account and it prompted me to enable Google Play Services which was not in the app list originally but it only showed up when I tapped on 'Enable Google Play Services'. After that, it just goes get stuck on 'Checking Info".... :(

Tried downloading and installing the Playstore apk as well but still to go.

Google play services isn't an app, you got time the checking info? Mine took quite a long time like 3-4 minutes

Ah..I think this is due to hardware which is supposed to be the same across the global models.
The software seriously feels wierd..There are many apps which always crash which I don't encounter when I use my previous phones (all running Android 6.0.1) and some apps does not have any notification (I.e. nine email app). Hopefully their nougat version can address it.:(

Managed to do the mod so that my phone's hybrid microSD/nano SIM tray can hold 2 SIMS as well as a microSD card at the same time. :D
