Tried hard reset twice already.

Came with PlayStore app but when I first clicked on it, it wouldn't work. Then tried installing my gmail account and it prompted me to enable Google Play Services which was not in the app list originally but it only showed up when I tapped on 'Enable Google Play Services'. After that, it just goes get stuck on 'Checking Info"....

Tried downloading and installing the Playstore apk as well but still to go.

Oh haha...some people claimed to install playstore from ZTE Market.
There's even a playstore installation guide with apk which is said to work in for most china ROM.
Sadly this phone comes with different market model if not it will be easier.

Yes, mine came with playstore pre-installed already but you can also download and install the apk but you must set play store to be allowed to auto run in the Mi assistant.

Yes, I bought mine which is 4gb/128gb grey model for $500+ (with no gst) from Ali Express.

If it is a part which can be removed I still can do it myself.
But not loose soldering or soldered parts that makes the phone go haywire like nexus 5x that I've read lol

Thanks. Haha so they over stated the capacity. But for such calibre and ~150mah, it doesn't really bother me much though.
What bothers me is theres different ROM and model for different market. This puts me in a dilemma.
The Nubia z11 seems to be able to flash ROM interchangeably but cost higher with lower specs.

I though Nubia z11 difference is the resolution, glass and battery? I actually wanted the z11 but it isn't available here

Yes it's only full HD compared to 2k. Not sure about battery.
Glass iirc is gorilla glass 3 to glass 4 on axon 7.
Axon 7 have LTE-A while z11 is LTE only.
With all these lower specs,it cost rmb200 more in tmall just for better outlook haha.

So I have to choose to pay more for lousier spec with international ROM compatible or pay less with better performance but may have problem with playstore.

Saw the Nubia Z11 but decided to go for the Axon 7 instead as it has an Amoled screen and dual stereo speakers as well. And Z11 has a 3000mAh battery only.
