Can ZYM Mobile numbers send SMS to those 5-digit numbers 7xxxx used by some organisations and banks? I haven't been able to do so, with Google Messages showing Error 38 whenever I reply to such numbers. Normal SMSes to 8-digit mobile numbers do go through successfully. Would appreciate the gurus here chiming in, thanks.

You should really contact them to verify this as it is crucial for certain things such as NS ICT call-ups for example.
Am on MyRepublic and never had issues sending to such numbers at all.

I did Whatsapp their customer service number and the operator has raised the issue up to their backend staff to check. Will update the thread if I do receive any further response from them.
