Zym’s 5G has been pretty decent for me. except at certain stations along the DT line it drops to 4G

yes. hotspot is a function on phone, don't think our SG telco locks this function. I only know iPhone has special settings that need to enable for hotspot, otherwise, other phones allows hotspot easily as it's a function
