Yar, HPR is next door to hospital, special school and home. Was reading some other EC, people are concerned about some distance from hospital etc. HPR is super close, just beside.

Just took out my measuring tape to have a sense of the room size, really v small (comparing against my current rooms). I know new flats/pc also change to small room now, are they as small? Sigh.. think I'm destined to stay old hdb.

Its very common to have small room in new project...most common room can only put single super-size bed and a tight squeeze to include study table.

In future, you can only find reasonable big common room in older project.

Regentville pricing will just get lower. This will not be helping HPR.

I notice the flooring for bedrooms are using vinyl. I thought this matter is cheap and also initially will cause air quality problem. Why this EC is using such product?

Laminate flooring will also release VOC. But vinyl at least gives a more solid feel when u step it and it's more scratch resistant.

I am going to take a look when the show room open though the price range is a total turn off just hoping there will be some discount for the 1st day or the actual price is lower.
During the launch of Vales there are many discussion in why not to get cause of the hospital, I wonder why for this project this factor is not bought up? Now people don't mind?

Usually the last batch of buyers will be those that can't wait. It doesn't mean they don't mind, it's just that the priority is waiting time.

I see this very often in projects that have TOPed or going to TOP.

You hard sell your Regentville :)
I think even if facing that hospital as long as get high level should be ok. If it is palliative care then should be no ambulance siren. But those mind Feng shui will have 2nd thought cause really very near.

This is bright vision hospital, most go in no cure wan, just palliative care n get ready to return ic.. if u dun want deaths occuring so often near ur home, dun buy facing this hospital n can consider buy my regentville condo $720psf only haha..

Regentville is too old to compare with hpr. 5 years after hpr top, would you choose HPR which is 5 years old or Regentville which is 25 years old? Assuming a difference of 200psf.

Honestly, I will choose HPR but... MSR is a killer... how to borrow or be so cash rich?! So might have to end up buying Regentville out of the 2.

5-10 yrs old EC still bounded by MSR?
