Regentville is too old to compare with hpr. 5 years after hpr top, would you choose HPR which is 5 years old or Regentville which is 25 years old? Assuming a difference of 200psf.

But you must remember one is EC and one is PC....You can also say the other way...how can EC compared to a PC? If HPR is priced around $850psf and Regentville is priced around $720psf. That is about $130psf higher....Wow that means you are paying $130psf more for an EC compared to a PC le. Remember EC is only partially privatize...In normal market, if fully privatized after 10 years, EC still is about 10% lower than normal PC of similar age...The pricing of HPR really does not make sense...

Then u got to see what is in n Regentville that is better than in hpr, other than its status. Like better facilities, aesthetics, design? I feel that they are in different era. Different era, different pricing too.

Regentville is 17yrs old liao mah plus the units are huge compared to the 100palms...

Just like the floraville vs the westwoods ec. Psf same or lower for floraville mah.

Of coz the flora n regent were cheaper back then and appreciated...

Will the 2 ec appreciate like they do? Or drop to their psf prices? Maybe not coz not many ppl willing to buy bigger houses liao or say older houses..

Anyway my 2cs nia

Seeing now the selling price of regentville, hpr likely will become like that after 17 years... Furthermore, hpr is an EC somemore.... So is it worth to pay such a high price for an EC??
