Seems like the price is still $41.90 if you don't want to bundle with other stuffs.

10% off mobile seems like is for singtel circle. Hmm...

Such disappointing offers.
Wondering if i should just switch to another telco... :s12::s12:
Well, i still have another month to look-see before current contract expires.

Got sent a special letter middle of last month to recontract 1GB fiber + my expensive $69.90 Action Value TV plan. Both plans are out of Contract

1Gbps fibre @ $39.90
Singtel TV Value Pack ($69.90 - NO DISCOUNT)

$50 shopping voucher.

Mesh is optional @$10 top up. But not a must to get.

Was not attracted to this offer as there is no free DVR set top box. I am still paying $12.90 for the TV box. ouch!

But now looking around... $41.90 for 11/11 sale. and I still got $50 shopping voucher.. I am thinking maybe this deal is not bad.

My promo code expires on 15 Nov 19. Think new promo will be out come tech show and Sitex.

The 1Gbps plan at S$39.9 is already the best price they can offer.

For SingTel TV Action TV Value Pack, at it includes sports, no so sure any good discount you can get. But no harm go to your nearby SingTel Shop SingTel TV counter (must go to specific SingTel TV counter) to see if they can give you any good offer.

For example, some people get 50% discount for the non-sports packs and free basic box rental (S$5).

I wonder will Singtel call me to confirm the order details after I key in the details in their order form for Fibre?

They will call, but it will take quite some time...
Coz that's what i experienced almost 2 years back...
But you should have received an acknowledgement email, almost immediate after you submit your request.

Psst, don't even let them think they have the best plan in town.
They can certainly give better offers.
Coz for new customers, they are giving the hardware/installation.
But for renewals (assuming no plan upgrade), none are given, but the price still same as new signups...

Unfortunately that is the case now, be it for Fibre or Mobile, new customers get better offer than existing customers for all telcos.

Actually if you do not need SingTel TV or bundle offer like SingTel Circle, there is no real benefits for SingTel 1Gbps Fibre plan. M1 500Mbps or StarHub 500Mbps plan are good enough for most people and cheaper. M1 1Gbps and StarHub 1Gbps plan are also at lower or the same as S$39.9 offer price from SingTel.

The feedbacks seem to indicate M1 is the best for Fibre among the big three (but the worst in terms of mobile coverage).

BTW I am under SingTel Circle myself and has not used any M1 services.

Saw this advert this morning in Facebook. Check ST’s website and the link in the advert but no such deal can be found.

I wonder if this advert is legit?

Should be legitimate.

What are the term and conditions? 24 months contract on the Fibre Broadband with 24 months of SingTel TV contract (12 month free)? Limit to which packs?

If it is 24 months SingTel TV contract, then this is similar to what existing customers can get (12 month contract, 50% free with free basic box rental).

If it is 12months SingTel TV contract (fully free), then it is very good deal.

Ok they finally updated their webpage to reflect the new promo.

Terms and Condition as per link below:

https://www.singtel.com/content/dam/singtel/eshop/eform/tnc/6-Free-Months_Fibre-Broadband.pdf

No mention of monthly rental of TV Box. 12-months free TV pack can be in Lite/Starter/Trio.

May need to check with SingTel about the box rental, hopefully it is free.

Overall looks like an good deal if you need one of the packs.

The broadband is just the same as M1/Starhub after the 5 month free out of 24month. 49.9*15/24=39.5. And you get a lousy free SingTel router and ONR.

So you need to check out new deal a few weeks before contract expires. If not you are going to pay full 49.9 per month broadband fee and full SingTel TV pack fee.

=========

Switch to Singtel to enjoy FREE 5 months of Fibre & FREE 12 months of TV: To be eligible for this
promotion, customer will need to present the latest 3 months of their competitor bill for verification.
A 24-month contract applies for both Fibre Broadband & Singtel TV Pack. Applicable only when customer signs up for a New Singtel TV Lite/Starter/Trio Pack and Fibre Broadband in the same transaction.

This bundle includes Free 5 months on 1Gbps Fibre Home Broadband (Effective price of $39.50/mth after 5 free months on a 24-months contract) & Free 12 months on Singtel TV Lite/Starter/Trio Pack. Free months will be reflected on the first 5 months of the contract for Fibre and First 12 months of the contract on Singtel TV. Prevailing rate will apply thereafter for the remaining months of the contract for Fibre & Singtel TV.

Family Starter Pack at $29.90/mth is applicable to Fibre Home Bundle customers signing up to a 24-month contract Family Starter Pack on fibre connection. Usual price of $34.90/month will apply at the end of the Family Starter Pack contract or if the Fibre Broadband Home Bundle subscription is terminated.

The free router and ONR are what making my hesitant in switching over to ST from StarHub. The deal may seems attractive but I don’t want to have any issues after the transfer since StarHub hasn’t given me any issues for the last contractual period.

I might just take up the StarHub 4-months free promo for HomeHub Plus but I’m still in dilemma haha

I see. Better stick with Starhub in that case.

I am actually using Starhub 500Mbps plan for my rented out flat since 2015 and it is working fine (Starhub Cable Broadband before that), the old D-Link DIR-865L wireless router also works fine -- so far no complaints from the tenants. They gave me free Starhub Cable TV Lite which was cut off this September. Luckily the tenants do not watch TV.

Still I am mainly a SingTel customer because of the SingTel Circle benefits -- Fibre, TV and Mobile. So far so good. I am using Linksys WRT1900AC router since 2014. I also bought a cheap pair of TP-Link Deco M4 (S$99) but only use one unit now to compensate the slow 2.4Ghz performance of the Linksys.

Hmm hope someone can help or assist me with this problem.

Recently, I brought asus rt-n56u to try to replace my singtel router but encounter some problem. For setting up, everything is okay but when I change the IPTV settings in the router setting, it appeared DHDCP error (hope I spelled the error name correctly.

I have tried both SingTel- Mio and SingTel- Others settings but both same results.

Hmm can anyone give me any advice on this problem?

Thank you very much in advance.

Restart the ONT and the Asus router to see if that helps. And connect SingTel TV box to port 4 of the Asus router.
