Oh.. Mine is Xiaomi 4S + Creative Stage 2.1. Anyone using this combination and got delay (which can be quite or very long) is getting the sound bar to switch on ?

My mitv have this problem. Mitv with LG soundbar.

Initially when I bought the TV, it was connect via optical. But after software update, it doesn't work anymore. So I try HDMI ARC, it does work, the sound will come out later. Previously when I turn on the TV, the soundbar also will auto turn on. Now it won't. I have to turn on separately. And sometimes no sound will come till I restart TV and TV arc will appear.

Download Button Mapper, really changed my MiTV experience drastically.

I reprogrammed the blue button to be mute/unmute. I also reprogrammed the Patchwall (Mi) button to be recent apps (like task manager on your phone) for single tap, and switch to the previous app for double tap. Since the coloured buttons are kinda useless, I reprogrammed them to open certain apps that I often use. Unfortunately, you can't reprogram the Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons.

Anyone able to press and hold the volume buttons to increase or decrease volume quickly? Able to do this on Mi Box but not MiTV

Have you manage to resolve this press&hold issue with the volume button ? I had to force stop or uninstall the apps for it to work.

I think there is an option to by-pass the volume but seems not working.

I'm trying to use my google home to turn it on/off Xiaomi TV 4s 65inch, and able to turn it off with voice assistant however when i try to tell it to turn it on it says that it will turn the tv on but nothing happens.

Anyone encounter same issue? Thanks

hi guys im thinking of getting a 55inch tv to wall mount in my room. How does the xiaomi compare vs prism tv? I saw a few pages back that westguy posted that the price dropped to 509? would that include the wall mounting service from courts?

I think so... there is an option under settings to select tv speakers or external I think...
