My Note20 Ultra just got the sudden black screen of death. Able to receive calls, notifications, connect to dex but no display.

Was just on telegram texting, locked the phone and never came back alive.

Making a trip down to the service center today zzzz.

Have u try force restart the phone? I tio before on older S series. Think volume down and power button.. sth like this and the phone force restart den ok already.

Nope definitely hardware issue after going down earlier today but honestly i wasn't even mad, had a pleasant experience.

- Walked in at 1130am @ Plaza SG
- Served at 1150am
- Was told that repair would take about 2-3 hours
- Received an SMS at 1220pm that phone was ready for collection.

Screen LCD Assembly changed, new battery replaced, bezel replace. With factory screen protector installed. To be honest, I'm glad my phone broke down hahaha

Yeap no display at all. My phone was ringing - constantly with notifications. Can feel vibration when touching the screen but can't see anything. After diagnosis, it was malfunction LCD

Got this kind of repair on my previous phone. Found out the the hard way when i accidentally submerged my phone in pool, water penetrated inside. Seems like ipx rating was gone after the repair.

Just went and did okonz UV screen protector, just as good as I remembered it as have done previously before for other phones.

Higher recommend it.

Same thing happened to my n20u. Went down to service centre and got it replaced under warranty in 2hours.

Seems like this new oled not so good.

Is almost double the average on screen time for working adult, currently is under 4 hour.

No eh. I run it at 120hz. No gaming. Normal usage hahahah

We use our mobile differently, therefore, our SOT will not be the same.

If the hardware on the handphone is the same, and you have a lower SOT than other usually mean you made your handphone work harder than other.

Someone said they replaced screen, battery and the bezel. Not a bad deal. My friend changed his note 10 plus screen and they also included a new battery for him
