Got my 65C825 from Carousell. Legit unit, flashed my firmware to V62. It has 2 HDMI 2.1, 1 HDMI 2.0 and 2 USB. I read vn and India models also with 2 USBs.
Do not flash V062 using the zip file or you will end up with an unwatchable unit on eternal reboot cycle after flashing is successful.
Quick start appears to be buggy after reflash, speaker refuse to wake up. So I disabled quickstart. Netflix continues to be unstable. Sometimes OK, most of the time it will freeze and hang system.

Other than these growing pains, the screen is awesome and sound system is fantastic ( took the job of my Denon AVR.)
Which seller is it? Seems like some of them got units with 3 HDMI ports instead of 4 and the firmware matches that of p815.

Got mine from the more expensive seller due to their good reviews on Carousell. They have been very responsive and helpful.

Seem like Alphavision TCL 65C825 specifications state 3 x HDMI. Are there different versions of C825 in the market?

Edit : Just saw the updated Alphavision.sg website has updated the specs to 4 x HDMI for 65C825.

Isn't it standard for a TV to come with minimum 4x HDMI ports? Is the 3x HDMI ports a typo on their website?

I wonder which country are they getting their stocks from. Most of the TCL C825 comes with 4x HDMI ports.

From telegram or XDA forum ?

Edit:
Post more details,so you can help other users .
Funny to hiding crucial informations.
I do not have the technical experience to resolve this. Luckily my seller is kind enough to come to my rescue. They despatch their engineer to help me recover the TV using their image file.

Just realised mine could be 3 HDMI ports - 2 x 4K@120Hz, 1 x 4K@60Hz. Did not pay much attention. Will check tonight.
Not a big deal to me since I hook up through AVR.

On a side note, unable to get DV and HDR10 @ 60Hz when connecting my Nvidia Shield to the 4K@120Hz ports through AVR. The 4K@60Hz port is ok.

Interesting, where did you get your C825 from?

Do you mind sharing your impressions of the C825 based on these areas:
https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/...hread-iii-consolidated.6477950/post-134709680
  • Color Banding
  • Blooming
  • Screen Uniformity
In the post linked above ^ there's an explanation on what these 3 areas mean, along with test videos for it.

Have you noticed any dark spots, light bleed, clouding, dead pixels etc on the screen?

Did they indicate which seller is this from? That is indeed not the power consumption of the TCL C825 55". Based on the official TCL website a 55" C825 will consume 250 watts. The sets from that carouseller seems very sketchy indeed and they might not even have Mini LEDs or a full array local dimming system inside which explains the lower 125 watts power consumption.

Yes they are the same and they are also on Lazada. I'm not sure about the other brands which they are offering but for the TCL C825, the current information that the brave souls above (who have gotten the C825 from them), isn't looking too good. Pretty unfortunate.

Refer here for evidence that the standard TCL C825 should consume 250 watts for the 55" and 300 watts for the 65".
https://www.tcl.com/vn/en/products/c825/c825-65.html
The 125 watts power consumption of the ones from the parallel importers seems to be a give away that there's something missing in these sets.
