Isavvy promotion is out.
For iSavvy no reference month to count the ADB like eSaver?

-- cut here --
Illustration for iSAVvy Savings Account: 2.10% p.a bonus rate assuming Incremental Average Daily Balance of S$10,000 + 0.20% p.a. prevailing rate.
The bonus rates will only apply to incremental Average Daily Balance of minimum S$10,000.

Ok Oct put inside Maybank iSavvy for 2.1% Then 1 Nov move into eSaver for 2%. That is unless CIMB or SIF come out better offer tomorrow.

1. esaver is a 2 month promo (Oct & Nov) with a base of 0.05% and bonus for incremental ADB at 1.95%
2. Isavvy is a 4 month promo (Oct to Jan 2023) with ref month always Sep 2022 and a bonus for incremental ADB at 2.1%. You still have to add your base interest to this 2.1% depending on your account balance ranging from 0.15% to 0.40%. You need not musical chair for 4 months unless you have better offers.

iSavvy is much better and longer period. 2.1% + prevailing rate and all months reference Sep 2022 ADB. Thanks.

Sadly those whom participated for the 1.8% wont be eligible for it.
But luckily still have esaver invite 2.2% 5 month promo (Oct to Feb23) with a base of 0.05% and bonus for incremental ADB at 2.15%

Good still haven't see action from CIMB and SIF yet. Patience is a virtue

I think it’s more because their sept ADB will be high for the 1.8%. So incremental amount for Oct will be low. I only think that’s what is meant.

lucky I moved most of my Maybank money out to RHB and then SCB when I received the 2.2% invite. So can fruitfully participate in Maybank Oct promo.

Yes. Basically i'll be moving some out from maybank isavvy today to activate SCB's 2.2% invite, and transfer all of rest into SCB tomorrow (to minimise lowering maybank's isavvy 1.8% interests based on ADB for Sept) while waiting for SSB, T-bill or any other better offers to be announced. Hearsay SSB projection likely to beyond 3%

oh.. heng I put inside RHB instead for Sep so the ADB for eSaver is still relatively low ($1000)...

but anyway, iSavvy wins this round with their 2.1% + prevailing rate until Jan'23.

Yes. Isavvy this time not bad. Upto 2.5%. And they pay all within 10 Biz days. Although HSBC ega can get more interest for the Oct cycle, I find it confusing to monitor. And by time the various bonus Interest is paid, perhaps months later, I am just super confused. Honestly, I also don’t know how to check.

yes HSBC EGA needs to monitor cos their cycles can be confusing and they only pay the bonus interest two months later.. not for the faint hearted.

am parking with them for October cos still under their Aug - Nov cycle at 3% (0.05% + 1% + 1.95%). then November shift back to RHB. December will be interesting... plenty of options (see whether eSaver can up somemore and beat iSavvy's +2.1% or maybe EGA's 3.5% will remain king).
