What i do is SAAA. Selective Always auto accept.
And i do evening-night shift. That is a difference from driving day shift.

You should take cue from day driver .

Saturday and Sunday is AAA.... i dont do Selective.
So i on my app until i hit my targets. I believe most Grab n Gojek drivers are like that for weekends.

Okay thanks! Honestly I don’t really have a clear understanding about grab scheme. But always people advise to sign up one platform first and cheong all the way. ZhuTou had also advised me to do AA all the way. Looks like I didn’t take full advantage of the new driver incentive. I only did AA for grab a couple of trips and mostly rejected their MA. I used Tada literally all the time.

End of the day you need to find out what is your average earnings per hours over 1 week.
This is the cue whether you are able to survive in this trade or not.

Working 35hrs give you $2000 in 2022.
So average earnings per hr is 2000/30*7/35 = 13.3

Unless you are semi-retired , we need to improve this. Up 40%. You need to be able to hit at least 18 to stay in this game.

Because we knew we need to hit 18. So some of us MA some of us AA. we all have different targets. We dont MA because we want to avoid certain locations. We MA because that location is not financially good for us.

If Airport is $50 flat fee per trip , i will not avoid it. :)

I see. As of now, I set a daily total fare amount to determine my knock off time. Everyday I try to start early so that I can finish work early.

You need to see the world to know where is the good and bad.
Thats why there is the incentives for you to cover the bad calls.

Firstly , you need to find a suitable timing to start and end. Some 7am to 7pm ... whatever ... just drive around even there is no call.

My thinking is every second there is a call from somewhere. We just need to find it.

examples
6-9am earn 50/hr.
9-10 earn 15/hr
10-12 earn 20/hr
12-14 earn 30/hr
14-18 earn 33/hr

So the logical planning is 9-10 you take a break.
But you need to know the timing and where etc. You can only feel it when you do AA all over Singapore.

As long as you are comfortable with the earnings. But you need to know the worth of driving PHV.
Every PHV driver is super good at calculations. Because time is money.

Haha. Very calculative. Yes, time is very important. Either use the time to maximum earnings or to spend it with love ones.

Fare low......
How to survive next few months.....
Been living on 130 incentive past few weeks....
Now even that is gone.

Hmm… I don’t seem to see any minimum x point on my app. My AR is 21.4% and CR is 0%. Weekend pings are quite consistent. For weekdays, after 11am tada very quiet. So I was contemplating to do Grab AA during off peak period
Have lah, everyone X points on the App updated daily.

Oh i see. I often receive jobs to CBD area during off peak hours. Once the fare was $5plus from Mount Faber to lengkok bahru. I set MD to jurong but gave me West Coast ferry pier from Jalan Bukit Merah and the fare was $12. That’s why I take tada jobs.
Set MD to jurong give you west coast is correct lei. One MD can give u up to 3 jobs towards your final destination.

Grab got the most drivers n biggest customers base.

No wonder. I know nothing about the daily incentive and monthly rebate. I see the fare I immediately go offline. Are the one incentives and rebates applicable for all tiers? Minimum how many trips daily to qualify for the daily incentive? $1400!!! This amount can cover whole petrol costs
Applicable to all tiers. Incentives check your App daily. Everything is there.

But by opting out AA, I can also still switch to AA as and when I like , isn’t it ? Are most grab drivers on AA? I thought most are on MA.
Already told you many times. Most Grab drivers on AA. MA very troublesome. Need to count on a weekly basis.

AR at least 30%, give you 10 jobs must do 3.
CR below 25%, do 3 jobs can cancel 1.
