pre-infusion 7s is default right? how much pressure do you get when you extract 40g in 30seconds? did you do the slayer mod?
Yup. 7 sec pre-infusion.. not sure if its the default from original.
Pressure I'm getting 9-10bar. For 36-40g in 30sec. Not sure what's slayer mod. So I think nope. LoL.

Slayer mod is a modification where you re-route 3 plastic tubings inside the boiler to use the hot water knob on the left hand side to control water flow, slowing the brew time and controlling the pressure build up from high to low towards the end.

I have a bdb recently but I have not done the modifications yet. As I am only using a Baratza Encore, it doesn't allow me to grind fine enough to pull 30s shots. I am still waiting for Stellar M to update me once their M2 Burr are back.

Considering between Lelit Anna 2 vs Bambino Plus to be paired with DF64. Which one will be more recommended? Thanks.

Anna is a Single boiler dual use, and the small boiler is made of brass.
SBDU means you need to switch modes between extraction and frothing milk.

Bambino looks like a thermobloc. Those seen in Delonghi, Krups, household appliances machines.

Both are not very good for latte drinks imo.
If making mainly for espresso, maybe Anna is better, but I don't like brass boilers as lead could eventually leach even if it's food grade.

I'm actually using with both espresso and milk drinks. These 2 models are recommended based on my research and within my budget. Alot of recommendation from reddit seems to recommend Bambino+. In this case would there be other recommended brand within the same budget?

Ok with single boiler dual use. As will not be making alot cups at a time. Thanks alot!!

It was like my bitcoin rig.
My $6000 PC bought at that time paid by itself from farming ETH.

Initially everyone was saying I wasted money buying a high end computer to watch YouTube videos. :(

For my espresso machine, the monies saved by my family from going cafes, making better coffee long ago paid off for the machine. :o

But espresso machines have to be maintained like a car. So for the best ROI I kept studying the inside see solid or not. :o
