I believed a combo of factors. Overweight, stress, diet, work, etc. All these causing strain to heart and arteries. Trouble is many do not want to go see a doc and insist that they are ok.

U got how many vessels blocked? I think usually they only do open heart if 3 vessels or more blocked. Most of the time is PCI, just poke at your groin and put stents to open up. They can even numb u if u scared of the pain. Usually can be discharged the next day.

Mitral valve prolapse occurs when the mitral valve fails to close properly.

Maybe one day need go surgery when walking really having problem

Oh MVR. I think there are closed options also so that you won't have to do open heart. Do u do regular 2d echo to check on it?

They advice me need surgery and I told them not mentally prepare to do yet.

I did not follow up appointment go check up since I dnt want do yet,appointment need pay by cash dnt waste $$$....

Already passed 5 yrs but I guess cannot escape 1 day will need face surgery if thng getting worse...that why I never jab booster bcos heart not very strong

So far I jab sinovac no booster jab..only kena 1 time covid..I cannot wear mask also during covid time all must wear mask.
I wear half only...mrt staff saw me will ask me pull up mask

I had taken 2 booster shots and I felt my body isn't as good as precovid days
Not going to take the jab even on the expense of my rice bowl ,though my wife said she'll take it
At least I still can survive on the monthly rental

Bro, I Kana mild heart attack before, I strongly recommend you go for the surgery or at least install stent as a precaution.
Not all heart bypass is open coronary , there is minimally invasive procedure too.
Get a 2nd opinion, and see what is best course of treatment rather than hear say and delay the treatment .

Inspired to create a thread on my near death experience

I ever held and punched my chest ,felt like balloon bursting anytime during that 10-20 sec, at work

I guessed because I had been munching on potato chip one pack of 184g everyday

I was really scared to collapse then ,can't imagine my wife at the same workplace received my death news

I was 39 or 40 then
That was the last time to experience such a terrible feeling

I have minimized on eating potato chips greatly
Anyway, shall I cut down on eating fried eggs? Been eating nasi lemak this way the past 2 days but requested not to add sambal chili, since this year

Bro u still too young to hv such bad health to encounter actual full heart attack
If me I ll Change my diet , half all e bad cholesterol things and exercise add 10% every quarter till daily exercise for at least 30-60 min

Need a mindset change abt yr diet and yr lifestyle not jus one few days kinda short term change
