i eat alot of bean sprout, broccoli during my meals

and 1 clove of black garlic daily since late 20s.

i dun eat anything that is fried and anything that has fats.

all the delicious and nice foods are usually the ones that will cause
diabetes, artery blockage, heart issues.

How did your results improve? U on strict diet?
Not strict but simply refrained myself from eating potato chips (though I still ate some these 6 months)

Been eating cherry tomatoes the past one year, I think it helps a lot
But I need to work hard for the decreasing level of my blood sugar

Currently working 12 hr day shift. No angioplasty done as blood flow to the heart still ok. Have been taking cholesterol, aspirin, blood pressure medication for the last 5 yrs. Once a year went heart center for check up. Have to maintain LcL below 1.3 for those with condition.

So far so good for me doing night shift, but I think partly is because the stress level of my job is minimal plus I do not really chup siao how my staffs do their job
I don't carry balls, I don't greet whenever big bosses walk past me unless he knows me too, I am quiet and a loner at work, so maybe that's why my BP has been good

Wow the improvements in your cholesterol results is amazing 👍🏻

how did you manage that?
Any medications or the reduction is 100% based on a change in your diet ?
I was on statin but rarely took it especially the past 1.5 years
Before I took this test in June , I was left with 10 statin capsules ,finished it and never replenished
But I bet my cholesterol levels suck now as I have been eating unhealthily the past 6 months

12hr shifts are okay if the off day happens often. I'm on this 12hr cycle 1day1night 2 off.

Enough rest and pretty much it feels like a weekend happens every 2days 😅

We work in a team and the cycle doesn't change unless you change teams. Best part we don't bring work home and other team problems is not my problem.

I heard plaque on the arteries is permanent. Is it true? Any ways to reduce it? Or really can just prevent it from worsening but can’t reverse anymore?

I am on statin 80mg the highest. But cannot maintain below 1.3. Doctor gave additional medication ezetimibe in the morning. Now LdL went below 1.3. I took another CT scan this year with another doctor during health check. The blockage still same after 5 yrs. But not getting worse.
