I have a thinning teeth where my front top and bottom becoming more and more translucent over the years. I am afraid it might break one day.

What might be the cause? Anyone know how to fix?

Thanks in advance :)
Sounds like over brushing or lost of calcium.. Probably can go for bioclear restoration.. Check with your dentist

any Endodontist to recommend?
Too many to recommend? What criteria? For your cracked tooth syndrome
cracked tooth assessment.
what does endodontist mean? no need to be specialist?
normal one.
need to resolve immediately or can wait for 1 month?

Endodontists are specialists, they are the root canals experts, also specialised in fixing fine cracks. They use high power microscope deal these issues.

If you just want assessment, you can go to any neighbourhood dentists, if you have fine cracks, they will still refer you to Endodontist specialist.

Some more sophisticated dentists perhaps still can fix your issue if the crack is less severe. They can fix it but will surely recommend you a mouth guard.

If ur pain is serious, go straight to Endo.
If not, no harm try dentist but get a good one.

Unless misaligned teeth is giving you biting issues, jaw issue or facial issue, I doubt it is recommended that you should do brace/Invisalign.

Most ppls do braces/Invisalign for cosmetic reasons especially when they're younger, this however could lead to other problem when they grow old.

If there is gum issues later on, I would recommend going for dentists which has dental laser for gum treatment. Laser is effective in treating bacteria infection, removing calculus, biofirm etc. Most importantly, the treatment is mininally invasive.

PM me if you need recommendation.

Yes I need some recommendation. I keep going for scaling every 6 months as it's prone to calculus. Laser less pain? No cosmetic issue.

Also, I am using a water floss.
Do you recommend electric toothbrush as well?

Typically 3 to 6 months, can do same day implant provided minimal bone loss, high bone density, no infection of tissue, accompaning bone grafting and include Photobiomodulation laser therapy for fast healings.

Downside, not many dentists can do this 🤣
