My block should be due in a few years' time. But many units have been renovating these past few years 🤔

Can retain and reuse long vanity drawers? How much is the cost of 2 toilets under HIP?

They should do one toilet then do your neighbors toilet and come back to complete your second toilet so that everyone can use toilet with ample time for you to do packing and cleaning of the complete renovation of each toilet

My block every month got reno. Come HIP many still need to go through the HIP because majority fail the water test.
My next door neighbor 4 years new owner. Whole house reno including toilets. Come HIP, master bedroom toilet fail water test. Lan lan have to gone through the HIP for master toilets. Shower screen door need to ownself spent money to redo after the HIP.

They will perform all the work on both toilets at the same time.
You are supposed to use the common toilets in the void deck during the day and the temp toilet in your kitchen during the evening.
The work is performed by different group of workers on different task each day.
If your unit is at Day 3, your neighbour will be undergoing the tasks for Day 2 and Day 4 respectively.
If you want more insight, I suggest you watch the HIP videos in youtube.

But moi ish 4 room flat so only pay 7.5%... :(

3 room pay 5% while 5 room pay 10%... :(

1. the big pipes in the toilet (for wc 💩 and basin/bathing waste water)
2. the DB box (upgrade power?)

For my HIP that was completed earlier this month =

No for both 1 and 2.
