I saw in Poems only these 2 UT regarding this Amundi index fund:
565001 Msci World A12S
565002 Global Aggregate Bond A12HS
so which one is the correct one? But the fact files of both show zero charges & couldn't find the TER 0.1% pa.

I am trying to apply for the RSP but POEMS is demanding that I fill up GIRO Form and send it back to them. That is too traditional. If they want to keep up with the competition (like FSMOne), they have to be more savy.

No need to fill up GIRO form if you're using CPF or SRS. Need to fill up if you're using cash.

I see alot of people talking about shifting their Amundi funds from endowus to POEMS. This move will enable them to save on the endowus platform fee (0.3 to 0.4%). I guess it also helps that POEMS is a more established brokerage as compared to endowus.

I am wondering if I am missing out any other possible benefits of doing such transfer? Because saving 0.3 to 0.4% sounds rather negligible. Or am i missing the bigger picture?

no risk in my opinion

if fund by SRS, have promo until 31st Dec, https://www.poems.com.sg/better-ret...utm_source=poems_website&utm_campaign=srs2024

downside is POEMS don't have Amundi US Prime

I have stopped my global ETFs dca via Syfe, Stashaway and Endowus. And started to DCA into Amundi World and Emerging Market funds on Poems. I think there is no reason for anyone not to buy into Amundi funds on Poems if they want to DCA into global funds.
Not selling off my holdings in Syfe, Endowus and Stashaway though. Will just keep them there. Still dca-ing into Syfe REITS as there is no comparable product.

Went down to Investor Center to fill up a GIRO form. Will start my RSP next month Jan 2025. New year new investment.

I don't think Poems is more established than endowus. The Amundi funds, especially for cpf investing, was launched and initiated by endowus, and not any of these "established" traditional players.

I don't think it makes any commercial sense for Poems to offer these other than it being a loss leader. Would you want to invest in other revenue generating product for POEMS? I doubt most of the folks here will use poems for anything other than the amundi funds.

I have a dormant poems account and am procrastinating to shift because of the ugly interface and also the lack of commercial viability. Not proud of myself from a cost minimising perspective but I can live with it.

Why not by the CSOP sreit ETF product? Syfe is unique indeed, but for bad reasons imo. Not a professional fund manager but managing it like a fund, holding too much cash, no fund annual report and the oversight with it.... I will gladly pay more for CSOP sreit in terms of cost and minor inconvenience than use syfe sreit.

Based on this article, this is more like a soft launch and Moneyowl will be making an announcement next year. Those that don't want to be early adopters can wait for their 'announcement'. I believe that Temasek Trust is in it for the long haul. Too much reputational risk to engage in short-term behaviour.

I'm buying a small amount and also keeping up my DCA of VWRD. Worst case, have to transfer the units to another custodian or do a free switch of units into LionGlobal All Seasons.

It's mainly that I can dca small amount daily into Syfe REIT. FSM at best weekly only. I want to make it passive. Don't think there is any platform that can dca small sums daily into SG REITS cost effectively.

I wonder what is the cost for Poems for hosting 2 funds on it's platform? I am thinking once the platform is built, adding more unit trusts only result in minimal incremental cost. The marketing for the Amundi funds is all done by Moneyowl. Hopefully it's sustainable commercially for Poems.

Amudi bought in by other entities so there is no marketing cost for POEMS but at the same time they are getting better revenue in their book as these funds are widely accepted in the market. You probably right there is minimal set up cost to add couple of new funds in the platform as this should already be part of their routine work. I think this is a right move for POEMS and probably a win/win with customers also with reduction on platform fee.
