Xiaomi service centre in SG is amazing and very few people there. Meaning their products seldom spoiled within warranty period.
Which one? The funan side always crowded and can see from the counter got tons of repaired or pending repair stuff.

I check on internet. There is only one service centre in Singapore and it is not in Funan.

Good morning all, I'm elated with my Dreame L20 Ultra.

Thank you @haikallp, I hope you and your Roborock Master are doing well.

Thank you @marshmallow96, go get the Tricut brush from Dreame@Shopee and the brush cover from Dreame@Taobao. Game-changer! The listing on Shopee comes with an extra set of brushes. You're right about the side brush, it's looking rather rough. Keep safe!

@frekedech We nabbed ourselves the best robovac deal in recent times. I concur with Dreame's splendid app, navigation, mapping and object avoidance. Not forgetting the two year warranty. I don't have a Roborock, but this is the Juice. I hope you're enjoying your L20 Ultra.

@crandfs Hello! Your Narwal looks good. Why did you go with Narwal and that model, a J5? How and where did you buy it? Any limitation? My Tricut brush and its brush cover are working as intended. Like @Thoma5, neither a strand of hair on the brush nor pubes on the ends.

@koxinga That's hard to hear. What was some problems you faced with the L10? How long was each repair? Was the warranty covered by Dasher?

Because no blades that will get blunted or blade slots that could clogged with dirt, and
plus side brushes also entanglement free design,
plus the dust compartment is bigger and does not consolidate into the station so I no need to clean the tunnel,
plus the station has drying and compacting function for the dust compartment,
plus the robot has no water tank so no need to worry about clogging or leak (which happened with my last robot, so should be able to use any detergent so long as no particulate inside it
plus the navigation and mapping AI seems really good in the comparison vids I saw,
plus the price was good and the shop offer free shipping to SG so it was only around $750 total for their latest model.

As compared to the older model J4 which was cheaper but side brush not entanglement free design, no drying and compacting of dust compartment, and less suction power and mopping pressure. Or their top end model 001s which is slightly more powerful with side brush but main advantage is that it has AI object recognition and voice recognition, but I didn't think I needed it.

Drawbacks is cannot use app, cannot set no mop zones, so it relies on the initial mapping and default settings only. If change layout then have to tell it to remap, if want it to not clean a room today, then gotta close the room door.

Just a quick check and hopefully someone here can advise me what to do. My Xiaomi S10+ recently starts leaking water while just doing vacuuming without the mop being installed..... I had tried by leaving the water tank half empty....... but still leaks..... How do I get it resolved? Also how do i remove the side brush & install the new one?

Hey there! That all-encompassing dust bag is such thoughtful design. What was your last robot? Did the purchase came with a UK type G power plug? Any form of warranty?

Inability to use the app is a huge drawback. So you're just letting the robovac do its thing? No notification, relying on audio and visual cues to track job progress? Can't adjust settings such as the cleaning sequence, "Mop after Vac", schedule cleanup or create shortcut?

Nevertheless as long as the robot meets the user's needs, it's a good bot. 🤖 Have a good night!

Last robot was a Hobot made by 波妞,they are more famous for making window cleaning robots, came with china power plug, this vacuum mopping robot was their first and last gen, and also why I prefer the Narwhal design, eliminates failure points, more failsafe design. But the Hobot station was just for charging, and it was so annoying having to clean the pads and empty the tiny dust tray everytime. Before that was Samsung early gen, same problem plus even more disgusting hair entanglement.

Anyway, I don't find it a drawback to use default settings, it works really well.

Why you all buy so expensive robot? My $300+ robot just clean my house until so clean
What robot do you have?

Including all incentive programs, I paid ~$450 for a Dreame L20 Ultra, a Tricut brush and a brush cover. I am elated with these purchases.

It's more about how much maintenance you can tolerate doing for the robot. Like emptying bin, cleaning mop and side brushes, refilling bucket and draining waste water,

The roller and the dust in the inner wheel compartment must be cleaned after each usage also.
