It does not wet my mop pad, I have tried cleaning the wash station, check for blockage in the valve and there is none.

Maybe the seal of your membrane pump damaged, or got algae or other particles blocking its hoses

I am, using bio home floor cleaner for my x20+. Just use 1/4 cup will do and mix it in the clean water tank.

I never count the ml leh. Roughly the thickness of 1index finger
