But how long have you been released? since you already change for the better. love god. good christ.
why didn't you fight back the custody of your daughter? Provided you did know in fact she is having a tough life with your ex-wife, add-on her current bf as well.

You didn't make that move.
So dont tell others you change for the better or so called god son.

I guess that depends on what charges the prosecution wants to file. In this case they did not charge him with murder so yeah the judge's hands are tied.

Not an expert in criminal law but based on my knowledge in contract law, it is not uncommon to set precedent rulings.
