MBH YTM was never >4% even at the peak of the interest rate cycle.

Having said that I'm more inclined to sell now rather than buy although I do still reinvest some dividends from MBH back

Sreits looking good…..

Looking to sell MINT if hit >2.2 (other reits chiong more…..really cui sia)

Nikko Asset Management officially became Amova Asset Management on September 1, 2025, changing its name to reflect a commitment to innovation, growth, and progressive investment solutions. The new name is a combination of "Am" (for asset management), "mov" (for movement, symbolizing innovation and adaptability), and "ova" (from "nova," meaning new, representing exploration of new frontiers). This rebranding does not alter the company's ownership, as it remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group.

Reits quite power. Just when I finished buying, it power up. I think I bought enough and will wait for next down cycle. I quite sure next few years ppl will pump up for us. I will keep first and earn some interest. I sold DBS a bit too early and bang balls. I think I will not sell REITs so soon.

Isn't capital gain + 3.x% yield better than 2.5% OA interest?
The problem is how much capital gain can MBH achieve? I looked at the historic price and lowest is 90.4 and highest 1.089. if you load up when its above $1, you might have suffered paper loss. I thought the purpose of bonds is price stability and just for coupons collection. When you wanna sell, you suffer little to no loss in capital.
