Any one can play CD in own house.

Always turn down the volume as low as possible…….Just be prepared most people don’t like your CD, don’t play it loud loud…

Use Headphone or Ear phone - problem solved

My CD cannot be heard at ground floor.

CD music profile can be easily detected and measured, it is not like those knocking vibration …. Just try your best don’t disturb your neighbours… Good luck to you.

japanese people quite considerate unless the ones staying is not japanese but foreigners.

This type of very old flat design like .. if you live corner no such problem but if you live near to the lift... everybody will walk past you can beo inside your home directly...

For those who bochup no issues, but some will feel irritated..
