So the best recontract is the 3gb@$29.90?

Different people may have different opinions of the best offer.

SingTel recontract offers reported
1) 3Gbps at S$29.90 per month with free HB611-SGST, good offer

2) 3Gbps at S$39.90 per month with free HB611-SGST and S$240 voucher, good offer

3) 3Gbps at S$39.90 with two free HB611-SGST nodes, good offer

4) 3Gbps at S$39.90 with free HB611-SGST and S$120 voucher, okay offer

5) 3Gbps at S$39.90 with free HB611-SGST nodes, not so good offer

So the link is still working.

The 404 error just means SingTel website has some bad links.

Let's see if you can get the 5Gbps S$29.90 per month recontract offer or not (with free HB611-SGST).

It may take up to three working days to get the results by email: either they accept your order and send you the service agreement, or they reject your order.

Wow crazy good deal $30/month for 5Gbps still have free BE11000, In March this year the best was already $30 for 5Gbps and the useless AX6000 released years ago.

My 24 months contract with SingTel has ended this month. Anyone knows if I can retain the home phone number if I jump ship to M1 or StarHub?

Yes you can, but you need to talk to both side to plan the port-in of digital voice properly. You cannot cut SingTel Fibre Broadband too early.

In the sticky thread I have included the following note.

Sharing my recent experience with porting Singtel digital voice number to M1.

Do not call SIngtel to terminate your broadband (bundled with digital voice) until M1 notifies you that the port-in is successful. Singtel requires 7 days to terminate your broadband;

Failing to do so will require you to
  1. Call Singtel to "unterminate"
  2. Call M1 to proceed port in
  3. Wait for M1 to notify the successful port in
  4. Call Singtel to terminate (new effective date will be the date you call + 7 days)

Thanks.

From your post #2 in the sticky thread, it seems that only SingTel is offering the analog phone line service that my parents insisted to keep.

ST recontract plan of 3gbps costs $10 more than new signups which do not makes sense from financial pov.

My current 2gbps plan which cost $49.61, the promo has ended on 21 Dec 2025.

1) If you need are using Analog line, then nothing to do with Fibre as it is a separate service from Singtel Fibre.
https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/more/telephony-services/home-line

Singtel digital voice is free with Singtel Fibre Internet service. The telephone is connected to Singtel ONR (or legacy ONT).

Please make sure which one you have.

2. Singtel has different promotions. Please refer to the sticky thread. You may have to talk to different Singtel channels to get a good deal. Different SingTel sales channels may even compete with each other.

Best recontract offers recently :
1) S$29.9 per month 5Gbps recontract offer with free HB611-SGST.

2) S$29.9 per month 3Gbps recontract offer with free HB611-SGST.

3) S$39.9 per month 3Gbps recontract offer with free HB611-SGST and S$240 voucher

4) S$39.9 per month 3Gbps recontract offer with free two units of HB611-SGST.

My analog phone line is bundled together with the fibre broadband. If can keep the analog phone line as a standalone will be good.

What is your analog phone connected to?

If it is connected to a RJ11 Wall Jack and the RJ11 Jack is connected to outside of your flat, then it is a real analog line.

If it is connected to the RJ11 Jack of the SingTel ONT or ONR, then it is digital voice.

Most of the users would have converted the old analog line to digital voice upon signing up with Singtel Fibre. I did that in Feb 2012 when I changed from Starhub Cable Online to SingTel Fibre Internet.

If you are not sure, check with SingTel.

Mine was connected to the wall plug. Nowhere near to the modem.
