That 9% GST is a killer.

You will be surprised some rich clients when doing reno also will nego to waive off GST(contractor eat the GST).

Got money buy GCB, cars, dun want pay that 9%. Pui!

hehe think mine less than 10k if dun include the air con. Cause my furnitures from ezbuy, bed from seahorse and kitchen is ikea. All still ok until now. Now I thinking to get a new sofa bed as my mom said its too low for her to sit.

That exhaust on your stove top. I though of buying that then in the end use tabletop fan to blow everything out.


Me put those like on your tabletop on a storage rack

ooo ic ic.. use tank better, but just need be careful of leaking tube... pipe if want connect to city gas need $$$ to activate oso... haha that 1 not exhaust, just a portable fan to blow wind so my pasta wont overflow when boiling it

I forego the usual typical TV console (I dun watch TV programmes). Instead, I place my work desk in that position. Then an armchair instead of a sofa to save space. I went for minimalist look.

For desktop means you need desk and chair also. This will pack ur living room more.

Although extra room still no idea yet..

If you plan to use extra room a leisure room, then desktop can put inside. Dont have to pack everything in living room.

Why no TV? It is part of house aesthetic. Not saying you should buy big expensive tv but it is still part of the house
