has anyone tried using 2A adapter for this phone for at least 3 months? 1A is realy slow and I do not want to spoil the battery just like my previous phone

have been using the anker 5-port charger since june 2014; no problems with my devices [see signature for list of devices]; max output per usb port is 2.4A

what problem did you have with your previous phone?

Too expensive... seems like xiaomi is moving away from the "budget" branding and trying to take the "premium" branding.

yah..however i don't think the "brand" is there yet. Especially when, singapore apart, your official markets are not-so-rich countries.

anyway just to clarify, this xiaomi note is supposedly their flagship premium range (similar as their mi4), different series as the Redmi 1/1S/Note. Just that we thought it might be Redmi note 2 that'll be released.

One thing that deters me from grabbing mi4 (& probably this note sigh) was the lack of microsd support & removable battery... the design & slim size is indeed very attractive & tempting :(

yeah man didn't expect them to price it at such a premium, simply disappointing though specs are impressive.

glad i am using nubia z7 max with practically same specs apart from the additional 1gb of ram on the mi note.

all true, this said it is still xiaomi, not anywhere closer to apple in terms of branding no matter how hard they copycat. And I'm all but a bitten fruit lover.

This flagship device will be like mi4. beautiful on paper, but no one will buy it end of the day.

Their golden eggs are those lowcost but superpowerful devices like 1S or Note which in fact are the third/fourth most sold devices in the world..but they neglect them

PS: the mini box is dope !
