Best to just drink plain H2O...hahaha

Add a slice of lemon for flavour (and sea salt to replenishment) but that's about it

Yup, H20 is the best! I lug a 2 litre bottle to work when I go into the office. Haha.

My advice is not to buy any drinks from bottles or cans other than mineral water; green or oolong tea, brew yourself. When you reach my age ie late 50s, & you see your friends on all sorts of long term medications, you'll understand why I'm advocating this. :)

That's true - nobody knows the long-term effects of all the food preservatives that are inside these processed products...

Haha thanks, another brand to look for when I do my groceries.

don't buy Southdale farm butter from giant / cold storage. Although it says "grass fed" but the ingredients look highly suspicious. But Southdale farm UHT milk is fine.

Ah OK, thanks for the heads up; I always scrutinize the packaging just to make sure.

To be frank, I don't consider ayataka as highly processed and actually list it on my safe to drink list, along with oolong tea and F&N club soda.

The preservatives inside, imo, is the lesser evil when compared to the sugar content and artificial flavoring of other carbonated sodas like coke, 7-ups, pepsi etc.

I would drink ayataka, oolong and club soda as and when I feel like it. However, the majority of my liquid consumption will still be from water.

Also, canned/bottled drinks are definitely more expensive if all you're looking for is to quench your thirst. Stick to our good ol' trusty tap water for that purpose :D Consider investing in a quality water bottle too!

Yup especially a BPA free bottle. If no money just get a glass bottle also can.

Distilled water is actually very bad for us...it will leech minerals from our system :s13:

Depends lo, also can help to flush out the toxic in ur body

http://www.livestrong.com/article/464466-why-bodybuilders-drink-distilled-water/

Anyway like u mentioned before, go back to the basic of lchf when in doubt lo.

Would one actually scare going out will get cancer by breathing in exhaust from the road? :)

Why are we debating over the type of water to drink? :s13:

Distilled water, tap water, mineral water, filtered water, reverse osmosis water are all better for us than any other drinks. As long as we maintain a relatively lchf lifestyle, our body will definitely benefit. :o

Actually no - not all water are created equally =:p

Distilled water and RO water are too pure and not good for us

In fact, RO water needs to be mixed with "natural" water before it is sent to the pipes

Distilled water is the same as battery water (almost) :s13:
