hi i have 1 FRANK Card with 2 supp cards. 2 of the supp cards are expiring in 2 months time , and the nets flashpay expires earlier than my main Frank card. will need to do refund for the remaining NFP value inside the 2 supp cards.

i undstd we need to deregister ATU to refund the values, but will that affect my main Frank Card's ATU?

Hi silverbomb,

The ATU feature is on card level. Changes made to the supplementary cards' ATU will not affect the main card.

Hi there,

ATU cards cannot be refunded immediately. Customers will need to de-activate the ATU service on the card at the NETS Self-Service Station first.

They can then perform an online refund after 10 working days at any OCBC ATMs, NETS Top Up Machines, TransitLink Ticket Office or NETS Customer Service Counter.

Alternatively, customers can submit the card via TransitLink Ticketing Office or NETS Customer Service Counter for Deferred Refund. They will have to surrender the card and complete the NETS FlashPay Admin Form.

Hi OCBC,

I'm holding OCBC 365 credit cards.
Would like to know what is the cashback rate (6%, 3% or 0.3%?) for me to top-up my Grabpay or Favepay to pay for dining bill? Kindly advise, thanks.

Hi there,

Grab Pay top-up and Fave Pay will be eligible for 0.3% cashback.

Hi there,

Are you still having issues logging in?
If so, could you drop us a PM, and provide us with a screenshot of any error message you are receiving?

Hi,

I think I can't pm due to my permission.
The app prompt me to reactivate OneToken but fail

even website also cannot login because physical token no longer in use and there is no option for me to login via SMS OTP:s22:

For those who are trying to activate OCBC OneToken but unsuccessful, try to clear cache and data of your OCBC app.

It works for me. It was unsuccessful before clearing.

Hi pohw0008,

Topping up of Grabpay credits will now not be awarded 3% land transport cash rebate. This is due to a change of MCC for Grabpay top ups, which is now coming in as MCC 7399- classified as business services and not transport-related transactions. Do note that the Bank has no control over the MCC assigned to a business.

GrabPay top ups will now be awarded 0.3% cash rebate. Transactions will also still be counted towards the 365 credit card minimum spend.

same problem happened to me recently. so i guess is not my problem?
sometimes can sometimes cannot
the only way is try to clear data & cache and login again
or try a full re-installation of the app
ppl use mobile banking for the convenient, and i need to try luck everyday:s22:
dbs ibanking app still can login via sms token.

ocbc one once OneToken fail then that's it

Hi all,

Please try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If you are using Android, do ensure the following as well:

Step 1: Go to Settings > App and Notifications > Look for OCBC Mobile Banking App
Step 2: Click on Storage > Clear storage and Clear cache
Step 3: Ensure User data and Cache is 0B

Do drop us a private message if you are still unable to access our online banking platforms.

How can we opt in for the digital token if we don’t have the physical token?

Received two messages from OCBC (the message system that always send me the OTPs) that they need to verify a transaction made using my debit card and for security, they have temporarily suspended my card. And to call +65 6535 7677 or +65 6363 3333. 6363 3333 called me but i didn’t pick up. Went to check my transactions, it was fine too. I went to the bank and the bank teller checked with me, all is fine and told me to remove my card from phone/itunes. Anyone experience the same thing as me???
