Hello OCBC, can you reimburse me $10,000?
hi i have 1 FRANK Card with 2 supp cards. 2 of the supp cards are expiring in 2 months time , and the nets flashpay expires earlier than my main Frank card. will need to do refund for the remaining NFP value inside the 2 supp cards.
i undstd we need to deregister ATU to refund the values, but will that affect my main Frank Card's ATU?

The ATU feature is on card level. Changes made to the supplementary cards' ATU will not affect the main card.

Hi, just to confirm grab topup does not have 3% using ocbc365 for topup as i thought it is considered as land transport.. remember seeing it does gave 3% on forum last time..

Just switched to digital token and problem started
Login using desktop ibanking, received notification on mobile app but clicking confirm doesn't work, clicking reject doesn't work as well.

same problem happened to me recently. so i guess is not my problem?
sometimes can sometimes cannot
the only way is try to clear data & cache and login again
or try a full re-installation of the app
ppl use mobile banking for the convenient, and i need to try luck everyday
dbs ibanking app still can login via sms token.
ocbc one once OneToken fail then that's it

Please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
If you are using Android, do ensure the following as well:
Step 1: Go to Settings > App and Notifications > Look for OCBC Mobile Banking App
Step 2: Click on Storage > Clear storage and Clear cache
Step 3: Ensure User data and Cache is 0B
Do drop us a private message if you are still unable to access our online banking platforms.
