If we currently have the visa debit card then do we still need to hang on to the red bank card (not visa/mc, just nets I think)?

My non-visa/mc red card expired recently and I have not been sent a new one, so I assume they are no longer issued?

We assume that the red card you are referring to refers to the ATM card?

If your debit card is linked to your bank account, and you have no need for the ATM card, it is up to your preference, if you would still like to hold on to an ATM card.

We would advise you to give us a call at 1800 363 3333. Our service executives will be able to check on your accounts and further advise.

Hi OCBC,

Can i check does a mature fd consider fresh fund? My friend said he kena recently that mature fd is not fresh fund. The teller don't allow he to renew his fd with promotion rates. I never heard of such treatment by bank before. My advice to him is if bank don't offer him with promotion rates then move the funds to other bank. Thanks!

Sign-up for the promo on NTUC voucher on last day. 2 months had passed by, and I have not receive my vouchers . what happened?

Your CSO called me regarding my $80 cashback will be credited next week (11/3~17/3) but until now (2 weeks) have passed, still nothing... please help me check and revert...

For the promotional interest rates, the placement amount must be in fresh funds only.

The funds placed must not be transferred for existing OCBC bank deposit accounts or in the form of OCBC cheques, cashiers' order, or demand drafts.

The last day of the promotion was on 30 January 2019. Please allow till end March 2019 for the vouchers to be sent to you.

If you do not receive it then, do drop us a private message with your bank registered contact number. We will arrange for our service executive to check on the status, and call to advise.

Hi there,

Do note that the promotion is applicable only for new BCIP customers.

If you make the investment on 30 June by 12pm, and hold the investment till 30 September, you will be eligible for the promo.

The $20 cashback will be credited by 30 November.

Hi OCBC,

I just changed to a new phone recently and was trying to setup OneToken on the app.

However, till date I am unable to get it to activate.

I tried calling your CSO and they have already deactivated the OneToken on the old device.

And I followed the instructions to setup the OneToken according to the instructions given, using the hardware token to setup.

But every time the app tries to setup, it will jump to the next page and tells me that the setup was not successful, without any information on the error.

Is there any solutions or methods I can try to get it set up?

Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10+

Hospital/medical bills will be awarded 0.3% cash rebate when charged to your 365 credit card.
