Yeah. They should do the back gesture to be a swipe from right edge of the screen so that it doesn't interfere with the hamburger menus. But bro limmk's suggestion of a diagonal swipe has been working pretty well.

Hahah but I think it's gonna be tough man because material design is already built in such a way. Unless they implement the back button but then it makes no sense and the gesture portion will look dam ugly with that line and the back button together

I thought the new gestures allow this?

The new gestures allows you to go back by either swiping from the left or on the right side of the screen. However with material design's hamburger menu, a swipe on the left side of the screen pulls out the sub menus but the current gestures interferes with it.

So we have no choice but to do a diagonal swipe to get the sub menus out but this can be a hit or miss though.

That's comforting, at least here there is free google mini ($79) + a pair of GV gold class ticket (Weekday/$29) to offset the 100+ difference with the US side. No fish prawn also good

but ah I just realised it's more of an invert color thing like that time with the chrome settings instead of the actual dark theme haha
