15% equates -400psf lololI think this need context. The Linq was launched before price shoot up. Also it looks like 8@BT and TRR gonna TOP about the same time. Given TRR is bigger with more facilities with direct access to shopping mall, both are 99 leasehold, I would pay -200 psf for 8@BT.
Check D15 FH boutique projects….prices like 30% cheaper than nearby FH bigger projects lolol
