anyways i charged d A0150 for 3 hrs first time as suggested by some of d bros here.....loaded the huawei usb tingy without a hitch

im using the 2mbs mobile broadband plan from starhub....so far not bad.....surf quite ok and video streaming also okie.....anyways how 2 dl ms office from the net? isit from downloads.com?

u using the default 1G RAM model? or add up till 1.5G RAM? have u try the mobile boardband in the mrt, underground?

im still using default 1G ram......from wat i understand for XP, 1G is more than enuf............
errrr....i haven not try it in the mrt.........but so far with my bigger laptop the mobile bb is fine.......only encounter some lag wen its peak hour time..........

I upgraded to XP Pro using external CD drive (USB)

I'm real interested in the Linpus Linux Lite with a 120GB HDD. Not interested in the Windows XP and don't mind if it comes with a 3-cell battery. Price of the current $588 Linpus Linux Lite version is damn attractive!

Sure the Linpus Linux Lite is free but what I'm trying to point out is the pricing. It will be cheaper if Acer had the 120GB version but comes with Linux instead.

Dont buy at best Denki, they told me it comes with 6 cell battery then when i about to make payment, the guy says sorry, I told u wrongly, both Linux and Win XP version all comes with 3 cell battery nia. I walked off without buying

I emailed 8flags and they said "the Acer Aspire One is not a tender model. Everyone can buy it. The price is the same for everyone".

So to answer your question - yes, it's available to the public at $674.10. Me also thinking of getting one.....

Never heard any bro claiming that long batt life with that... Most claim it can last up till 4hrs plus. If is 6hrs plus, it would be even better than Asus Eeepc 901 whereby the batt can goes up to 5-6hrs only.
Btw what is the 6 cell batt capacity you are getting? 5800mA right? 6600mA is for Asus eeepc i guess.
Btw are you surfing the web with wifi on all this while when you can 6hr plus batt life? Really starting to get more interested in this AO.
