sure wont regret. 165hz + gsync for smooth gaming. 27inch ips panel and 1440p for nice big coloured real estate. cheaper by 200sgd from asus similar panel. after july 16 production no qc issue compare to other brands. win wim situation. honest story here i had 2 if sold one as i give up on triple monitor setup and wanted to try 240hz. got a pg258q. colour bad ( TN vs IPS ). smaller real estate 1080p vs 1440p. difference in refresh rate and input lag can feel a slight difference. use it for 2-3 days switch back to xb271hu. can feel difference is not much. yes there is the very slight faster response but to do away with ips panel 1440p? not really worth it if u need a monitor for both gaming, youtube, content creation, content viewing and work. both if u only want to game and have a slight improvement in performance then go for 240hz TN panel if not. xb271hu has all and its available at a very good price pt.

you are right, thats why i got it in the end =/

and the only fault i have with xb271hu is the damn stupid big leg stand which alienware suffered from. only asus, benq (zowie) and dell has smaller form factor for their gaming monitors. best is zowie.

My solution (but @ extra cost), is using this monitor with monitor arm. Freed up alot of table space. Best decision ever.

box shd have. got one carousell bro selling at 950 w delivery i think :/

enjoy ips colour and 165hz refresh rate with gsync.

recommend u search icc profile for colour calibration online.

set ur nvidia setting to vsync on and gsync on follow by refresh rate at 165hz (go to yr monitor profile and set the oc refresh rate to 165hz) and use a fps limiter like rtss to limit it to 162hz in order to enjoy gsync without vsync input lag. for more info head on to blurbluster for more details

if u play csgo and pubg set the darkboost to level 3

Boughted ~ $975... sim lim nearly all OOS.

Is there anyway to see the manufacturing date?
