AMK NTUC has these. Go to the international section.
I'm taking the melrose abc (almonds, brazils, cashews) now. Taste great, but quite expensive. $13 for 250g. They have almonds and other nuts as well, about same price

I tried the adams before, and didn't like it.

There was another brand of natural pb, Laura Scudder. Cold Storage used to have it but seemed to have diappeared.

Oh I see. Anyway lets say I'm trying to lose a little fat. Is it still advisable to consume natural peanut butter?

Hmm i dun see the problem as long as it fits your macros? Just a bunch of fat protein and carbs in it.

not all the ntuc have, went more than 5 ntuc(finest, xtra) all don't have. anyway i just want to try Adams and compare with my homemade one. no point travel to another zone for a pb in the end more expensive(+transport fee). waste money, time and energy. :s13::look:

available at Cold Storage in Parkway Parade but only the creamy version... I should think the larger Cold Storage supermarts should have them..

should get the natural ones (blue cap) which needs stirring. The ones which don't need stirring (green cap) contain hydrogenated oils..

don't think it's organic, only natural in the sense that it doesn't contain any hydrogenated oils like the other commercial brands

[Cannot post pic, so change the hxxp to http]

Last time bought the $4.95 at NTUC don't have the organic word. But the NTUC stopped selling.

I got try Jif, very ex lol, but quite tasty though it is not in those healthy category. Planters and Skippy also not so nice. Maybe next can try Peter Pan lol.
