1) take uber cheap and fast.
2) when arrival some uber driver will ask you to wait at bus lane if u taking uber so as to avoid the taxi drivers as got many cases of taxi driver hostile to uber driver.
3) went to paragon, kek lok shi temple, gurney plaza, prangin mall and etc
4) The q at famous teochew chendol is long. u can go to prangin mall eat the same thing too, shorter q and aircon, they got several outlets.
5) boring and traffic jam

K thx.. But other outlets all no ppl one. Lol

People see, people do. Maybe many of the others just too lazy to spend a little time to check, but rather prefer to spend a longer time to join long queues?

The chendol at prangin mall not only much more expensive, the taste is totally different from the original penang road teochew chendol.

I think it depends on how frequently you expect to use the car per day. If you plan to make many short trips or if you parents will need to stay in the car a lot, then a car rental makes sense.

Otw, I would suggest Uber. We used it when we were there about 3 months back and it was good/convenient. Did not try Grab.

In penang should I rent car drive around with my aging parents? :o Or I take grab or uber? :o GRab is easier or Uber is easier? :o Which is cheaper? :o

depends on where you want to go. If you want to eat durians at those east penang area, or go butterworth jiak seafood, it's best to rent a car. Uber is not readily available at those location
