Can I flash it back to original oem bios?

Can only if the motherboard example Gigabyte have Q-flash plus.
If Asrock is cannot.

Aftershock got good and bad parts la. Most users just see price cheap then buy, never change out the lousy random branded RAMs or PSU to other options.

True so long can pew pew is all that matters.
Got issue either sell off or claim warranty.

my friend who got his AS pc in jan got problems with his pc now. he say AS customer service don't want to rectify for him. he swear off AS PCs liao coz its his 2nd time they refused to fix his pc that is under warranty.

he brought his pc to somewhere else to fix the problem.

Honestly, just build your own. The odds of something going kaput is low, and the money you'd save by DIY-ing.

Even if it does go kaput, you'd at least get the same replacement from warranty. Unless you don't have time to troubleshoot and find out what went wrong.

After 2 calls with 2 different ppl from aftershock team, im very surprised that they're still working at this time.

I acknowledge that this is rather pleasant service for me and they do note that they should have inform customer on this before they make a purchase with an subsidiary brand.

+1 to aftershock team for being that hard working!

This is strange. I've checked my emails, I've used AS since 2018, changed my rig a few times since then. Every time there's something wrong it gets fixed immediately. screen flicker settled within a few days. live chat also super prompt. I upgrade my parts from tech yard they will change for me, SSD also change to the new rig for me. Can't say for all the bad experiences here but to me I've only had good experiences.

I expect EDMW to say stuff like found the AS staff etc. no I am not. Just a customer with good experiences.

Im not asking for refund lol i need the pc and now, the situation has been resolved and they will replace it tomorrow. Im quite happy with their prompt services.

Exactly, like my previous reply. People **** on AS so much but I've only had superb experiences even from their live chat.

Its 3am .. 2 loud pop sound and i was stunned.. only came back to sense when i smelled burning smell and i shut down the pc..

I thought it was a ghost residing in the pc .. kinda scary you know..

The no. 1 reason why when I build my PC, I did not chose to go to Aftershock, is the choice of parts... for me PSU is number 1 important part you need to choose, I prefer Seasonic, and they dun have that.

Motherboard choice also not many.
