Ordered on 17 Sep and arrived today.

Seller state 'ready stock' but didn't commit a delivery date and went MIA.

Guess I can keep them in the storeroom until the next haze outbreak.

Been using the mi pro filter every night for 15 months. Only brushed off the dust/dirt off 3 months ago. Now still can maintain 005. How long do you guys use befoe changing filter?

once every 6 months? Normally the air purifier will remind you that the filter has come to end of life and it needs to replace soon.

Normally, I will brush off some dirt on the filter and press the reset button to reset the filter cycle. However, i think this only applies to older xiaomi air purifier. The newer air purifier has RFID and cannot reset.

received mine 2 xiaomi AP bought from minihelpers few days back. same case also delayed/late arrival (by one week) due to poor inventory management. ordered liao then after days recv note saying orders are overwhelming and shortage of stock. guess the shortage in stock and high demand is an islandwide issue but could have been indicated on the listing before hand. d

disappointed with seller's management but very happy with the products! both on sg server

I suggest you to at least test whether if the purifiers are working, in case when you really need to start using then discover its not working.

By then maybe the shop you bought from all gone..

my xiaomi pro stopped working suddenly after just 1 month....cannot on. suspect eletrical issue. do i bring it to the service centre? need to register warranty prior?

Try unplug the power cord and plug back in and switch back on?

Both the physical button and via app also cannot switch on?

Never send for servicing before as all my AP still working fine. Finger cross.

Went to Xiaomi service centre, they claimed Mijia Roborock Qoo10 set is export set, not local as they claimed!

Try unplug the power cord and plug back in and switch back on?

Check with the shop you bought. Send back to the shop. The shop should honour the warranty since only one month.

Xiaomi 3 just use as a normal 400m3/hr CADR AP. Since the fan speed is manually adjustable via the physical button. Just forgo all the "intelligent" features.

Didn’t have AP3. The usual setup procedure should be the same. Connect via 2.4Ghz wireless. Region set to China.

If all the above still does not work, last resort is to use two phones. One mobile hotspot to the other and use the other to setup.
