Air purifier?

I use it for 5mths laio but only recently one week I on it for 4hrs everyday
yesterday start can smell haze then I go ap there to smell, WTF the haze smell come from there

It's still cleaning the air, just that the particles stuck inside the HEPA filter is starting to smell.
Mine is also like that. Compared to my other one with less usage, it's about 50% effective only.

Need to change filter liao.

****... I only used mine less than 5 days! I didn't even on it for 24 hours, and already got haze smell from the AP!

Anyone using Hitachi AP, especially those fitted with humidifiers such as EPA-6000 plus series?

So which sellers for Ax40 you guys using.

Goniglobal? or Daiso?

I ordered from daiso last mon (14 Sep). seller said he shipped out on 15 Sep. However, there wasnt any tracking numbers.

It wasnt until a week later, on 21 Sep, that the tracking number was shown. Many of those who ordered are facing the same problem.

we suspect that the seller told Qoo10 he shipped out but didnt actually ship it until one week later because of supply problems.

Not sure how Qxpress is supposed to work, however my item is at the Speedpost facility now.
which means the earliest I will get the item is tomorrow since today is a holiday.

Some of the comments on the board were mentioning the seller said Qxpress shipping and he should have said that it is EMS( Speedpost) and not Qxpress. Again, i must say that I am not sure how qxpress works ( if it is qxpress all the way from korean to my address).

I went with Daiso because of the reviews. There wasnt any bad reviews before this week.

Overall I feel that Daiso should have been honest at the start about the stock problem and not mislead the buyers into thinking the items were shipped.

Daiso is very prompt and honest with his replies I must say.

My AX40s were purchased in early 2014, so i dunno which seller i bought from.
But the delivery times were much longer then. 3 weeks?

If you want to order now, you gotta ask the seller about the Korean Thanksgiving holiday.

Apparently many of the sellers will only start shipping again from 1 Oct because of the holiday.

For Daiso, Delivery was supposed to be max 8 days, as mentioned by seller.

your activated carbon pre filter filter should be still working. That should get rid of most odors leh.

Mine been using on-off for more than 1 year. That's why got the smell.

woah. that means whether i order now or not, unlikely to arrive anytime soon.
Lol only for prep for 2016 and beyond.

i placed order for ax40 with daiso on qoo10 on sunday.. now only started shipping process in korea

what i think happened was qexpress was overloaded and didn't want to accept any more shipments. I ordered 2 previously around the same date, due to GST i seperated the orders and daiso sent 1 via qexpress and the other via normal mail/ems. the qexpress one arrived last week (total about 5 days) while the normal mail/speedpost ems one is still at singpost warehouse.

all your order history are there, u just have to manually enter the date range. eg. 01 Jan 2012 to 01 Dec 2012
must have to be less than a year, holy ****, can't believe i paid 40 bucks for a plastic screen protector in 2012
